OUR STORY
A clearer starting point for document review.
Hummingvale Legal Danışmanlık Hizmetleri was founded in February 2025 and operates from Maltepe, Istanbul. Our first product is a Turkish–English assistant for legal document review and preparation.
A contract clause rarely tells the whole story on its own. Definitions, exceptions, dates and related correspondence all matter. Our starting point is to keep that context visible, so the person reviewing a document can trace an explanation back to the text.
We are concentrating on the preparation that comes before a professional decision: understanding a clause, organising a file and identifying what still needs to be checked. The first product is in development.

A useful assistant should surface ambiguity and unanswered questions. Drafts and notes are intended for human review; they do not replace an assessment by a qualified legal professional.
Work carefully across languages.
Turkish and English legal terms do not always have direct equivalents. Our aim is to explain wording in its context and flag terminology that needs closer attention.
